The direction in Pinjarra is down. WA Police recorded 57 burglaries in 2021 and 26 in 2025, a fall of 54.4% over the five years. In 2017 the figure was 55.

The 26 burglaries in 2025 give a rate of 5.3 per 1,000 residents, using the 2021 Census count of 4,914 people. The metropolitan Perth rate was 4.0, so Pinjarra remains somewhat above it even after the fall. The police figure combines homes and businesses in one count.
