Oakford had 10 burglaries in 2025 on the WA Police figures, the same as in 2024. With 2,803 residents at the 2021 Census, the rate comes to 3.6 per 1,000, a little under the metropolitan Perth rate of 4.0. That suburb figure takes in homes and businesses together.

Yearly counts this low are too small to read a trend from, because a couple of incidents either way changes the picture. For reference, WA Police counted 18 in 2021.
