WiFi App Orvibo Update Issue
We have been hearing from some of our clients about a recent issue with the WiFi Hub. Orvibo have recently made an update to their system, which has had an immediate impact on all Allone Pro users.
If you are in your app and not able to operate the shutters via the Home page, please follow the below instructions:
1. Press the 3 small dots on the top right of each shutter.
2. Click on ‘Device Type’.
3. Select ‘Roller Shutter’.
4. ‘Confirm’ change to Roller Shutter.
5. Go back to the home page and try to operate the shutters again as normal.
